You will push a loop up through the first section in between the outer ring and the next ring.

Now create a loop using 6 7 of accent ribbon and push it up between two of the wires in the wreath frame that you haven t used yet.

You can also secure the burlap with a piece of string or pipe cleaner.

Push the burlap into one of the sections of the form.

Take the end of your burlap ribbon and fold it into quarters.
When the wreath form is fully covered move on to the leaves.
Be sure to twist it so that the loop is sideways this ensures that the wire wreath form is covered.
Use wire cutters to clip each stem from the bunch.
