To create your own version of this cut your piece of cork or your cork tiles to fit your backing board. I removed the old fabric wrapped cork from the frames so that all i had was the backing board the cork cut to size and then fabric. Using hot glue pull the fabric around the back of the board and adhere it. Picture hangers and duct tape or brackets to secure the cork board to the frame.

Once you have your cork and foam core together and it s dry lay it into your frame and then add more hot glue into the cracks in each and on top of both the board and frame so that when it dries the hot glue holds the board in place.
